Incredible Internet Traffic the Key to a Strong Fall Selling Season

Sunday, January 15th, 2012

Whitby, Ontario (PRWEB) January 14, 2012

Campkins RV Centre, serving southern Ontario in Canada, reports a very strong Fall Selling Season and attributes it to Overwhelming Internet Traffic. 2011 was the companys very best year since it started in 1973.

Campkins RV uses a combination of Search Engine Optimization and online and traditional marketing techniques. The most important tactic, according to Owner and Sales Manager Brad Campkin, has been ensuring that ALL of their New RVs and Used RVs are being advertised, through multiple channels, with detailed descriptions, lots of pictures and posted pricing. Our SEO/Web partner, SynergyPro Solutions, makes sure each product page has the best chance of being indexed by Google and the other search engines.

Campkins RV website traffic surpassed one million inventory page views for the very first time. Going from approximately 350,000 in 2010 to over a million in 2011 definitely has kept our sales department much busier, in fact weve even had to hire two more sales people to keep up, says Brad.

Traffic is a great barometer of your companys online health but conversion rates are the true indicator of fitness. The Campkins RV Centre conversion rate is higher than ever – We track each contact made and are seeing just under 50% of our calls and emails from the website converting to visits at the dealership! Campkin also says having the SELLING PRICE on the website, not Call for Price or fill out a form to get the price has made a huge difference. People come in knowing what to expect and are all set to look at the RVs they saw online, he says.

New this past year, Campkins launched Canadas first RV Parts and Accessory Store. Many dealership Parts & Accessory offerings are just a link to a third party suppliers online catalogue. Campkins RV has created an RV Parts Store that lists the actual inventory in their Accessory Showroom and allows customers to place orders and pay by credit card instantly. We have made it easy for our customers to shop online, again making our Website our most important marketing tool year-round, says Brad. The future is here and we embrace it!

We have also created a Mobile Website for Smart-phones and Tablets so that when our customers are on the go on the road in their RVs, they can access our Parts and Accessory Store right from their mobile devices, they can book a service appointment, locate or call us with a click of a button, plus all our inventory in stock is accessible from our mobile website.

Last but not least Campkins RV Centre has an iPhone App, available on the iTunes Store, that is really quite popular. Brad says We are getting a lot of new subscribers who now receive our push notifications of daily news and events at the dealership, up-to-the-minute specials, clearance pricing and much more.

You can follow Campkins RV on Twitter or join them on Facebook. Find all the links on their website: http://www.campkins.com

Campkins RV Centre is in Myrtle Station, North Whitby, Ontario, Canada. Homes.org Releases Mortgage Rates Update – Rates Fall Again

Friday, November 4th, 2011

Austin, TX (PRWEB) November 03, 2011

Homes.org, a fast growing real estate search portal, has released analysis of mortgage rates which shows rates remained largely unchanged despite the announcement of an official deal to help Europe’s struggling economy and President Obama’s announcement that there will be changes in the rules for home loan refinance in an attempt to make it easier for homeowners that are underwater. While the 15-year fixed rate stayed the same the 30-year fixed rate fell by just .05%.

???????? 4.10% – average rate for a 30-year fixed rate mortgage

???????? 3.38% – average rate for a 15-year fixed rate mortgage

Although these rates are low compared to five years ago, they aren’t the lowest on record. That number was met 3 weeks ago when the 30-year fixed rate was 3.94% and the 15-year fixed rate was 3.26%.

However, this week there are a few announcements and events taking place that could affect interest rates. Most influential may be the two-day Fed meeting that commenced Wednesday. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke made closing statements which included comments on interest rates. Most notable were his comments on mortgage rates. Bernanke stated that, “tight credit standards have prevented many people from purchasing or refinancing their homes and therefore low mortgage rates that we have achieved have not been as effective as we had hoped. So monetary policy may be somewhat less powerful in the current context than it has been in the past, but nevertheless it is affecting economic growth and job creation.”

There will also be a Jobs Report on Friday which the markets will be watching closing. New job numbers for October are predicted to remain steady, keeping the unemployment rate at around 9.1% nationwide.

Homes.org is predicting that there won’t be much movement in mortgage rates, however there may be a slight increase due to Europe’s economic situation which remains unresolved and Bernanke’s statements on the lack of effect lowered interest rates are having on consumers’ ability to purchase and refinance homes.

However, scammers are operating on many ecommerce platforms in large numbers and putting the online trading community at a grave risk. New retailers are not very careful in choosing wholesalers to source products for their ecommerce store and often end up losing huge sums of money to scammers. It is absolutely imperative to conduct a due-diligence check on your suppliers to establish their legitimacy.

Reputable trade directory services such as esources make sure that their verified wholesale list is clean and no middlemen or fraud elements can breach the list. Wholesale middlemen and brokers must be avoided as far as possible because many times they act as a front for the scam parties. A few even secretly work for a particular wholesaler and will recommend them to you even if they are not good enough.

Using reputable trade directory sites such as esources makes it easy to choose reliable suppliers. Their verified wholesale list is the best resource to fine genuine wholesalers, distributors, importers, exporters and manufacturers. This way you can be sure of avoiding scammers and other fraud elements trying to take advantage of your inexperience and ignorance about matters related to ecommerce trading.

Work From Home Stuffing Envelopes – Don’t Fall For This Scam

Work From Home Stuffing Envelopes – Don’t Fall For This Scam

Hopefully you are reading this article because you are thinking about, or looking for a way to work from home stuffing envelopes.

I’m sorry to inform you this work doesn’t really exist, at least not in the way you think it does.

The webpages and companies advertising this type of work paint the picture that you would be performing a service for a company stuffing envelopes for them. This is crazy. What company would entrust complete strangers with potentially sensitive or personal information about their customers or whatever?

I used to fix machines that do this exact job. Pitney Bowes and Francotyp Postalia among other companies make machines that do this work extremely quickly. Much faster than any human could do. So do you really think a company is gonna pay someone a decent wage in order to do something that a machine can do much quicker and cheaper?

So perhaps you are wondering what this work really is all about? This is by no means a legit no fee work from home for free job. You will have to pay some sort of a fee in order to do it.  Some say it’s a fee to have access to a list of companies that want this service, or the fee is to weed out the people who aren’t serious about the opportunity.

Bottom line is the fee is what feeds the program. Sure there are very likely people out there who do actually make money with these envelope stuffing companies. The money they are making however is just from getting other people to buy into the same program. Where does the stuffing of envelopes come into the equation you may ask? Very likely it is just one of the ways in which they market the idea. You can mail postcards or envelopes with the info about this “work from home job” in hopes that others will buy into it and repeat the process thereby making you money via an MLM or Pyramid type compensation system.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure it is possible to make money working from home doing this envelope stuffing business. However, just realize you aren’t providing a service for companies who need help with their mailings. You are just promoting the very same opportunity you have bought into in hopes that others will do the same and make you money along the way. If you are clear about that and still think it is a decent or potential home based business then by all means give it a try. Just be careful about giving credit card details away as that could come back to bite you in the butt. Try to use paypal to pay the fee as it’s much safer.
