The tool will calculate the estimated average CPC (cost per click) for your words and phrases. Topics with expensive keywords are very competitive. Therefore you will increase your chance of success by choosing a less competitive niche with cheaper keywords.

4. Create a user friendly interesting informative website on your niche

Create a site for your visitors, designed to be loved by the search-engines. Show your self, have a bit of fun, be different. Try to make a connection with your visitors.
