Smarter Goals – Top Reasons Why Your Smart Goals May Not Be So Smart

A habit of separating the 5% of the contestants who win in life more than 95% who do not play now: Goal setting. No surprise there. This is the knowledge. Target Smarter

But what about 5% of us who set goals? 5% of us who understand the importance of “right” SMART goals, goals that are well written, with a deadline, everything neatly in accordance with the principles of smart goal setting? The goals we have that are specific, we can measure, we are realistic and we have a realistic time frame for their achievement. But no matter what our level of passion, desire or commitment, these targets continues to allude us. Remain just that. Objective. Target’s in our calendar, view of our table, but absolutely targets are not yet present in our lives. How are these objectives? You had one of these? You are at a loss as to why these targets do not seem to work for you at the time, or more specifically, which is nothing you need to do to achieve these goals? In that case, I strongly recommend that you read a most amazing book that I recently discovered: “With Winning in mind – an Olympic champion successfully Systems”, written by Lanny Bassham, 3 X World Champion and Olympic gold medalist. (No commission on it for me, sorry). In my view any book that begins: “Most people do not read because most introductions introductions are too long. So I made this card …” Must be worth an afternoon of your time. The Lanny explains his approach to defining objectives, and describes its paragraph 10 “with a management system”.

When you read, you can have an “aha” moment, as what I did. I would like briefly to set goals for yourself and perhaps begin to understand the missing steps to success. . . . why some of your goals can not have been quite clever as you thought they were.

Step number one: Decide exactly what you want – Find aimed to stimulate and ignite. This connects very well with our specific goals SMART.

Step 2: Determine when you want it – yep, the calendar, we already know that too.

“A goal without a deadline is just a wish”

Point number three: the value Pay Schedule. This is interesting. The goal must be exciting for you and must be personal to you. What is the personal value to you? If investment returns are not enough, are simply not willing to invest sweat equity required to achieve your goal. Target Smarter

What habits and attitudes need to change? Remember, nothing is better until you get better. Nothing will change unless you change. Unlike resolutions, which usually breaks off in February, is the achievement of objectives to set, create and set a time to a new level of ideals. Without motivation, we could not accomplish anything. Motivation can be motivated to do something. Can be the motivation to lose weight, or perform a task at work, or do anything that you put on the backburner for a while. “A person may also be motivated to stop doing things like using drugs, alcohol and smoking cigarettes.

So how can we get motivated? The first thing to do is set goals for ourselves. These goals must be realistic and must be a profit as possible.

We tend to set our goals too high and then fail. This is just one step behind in pursuit of personal motivation. The goals are of utmost importance to get motivated. They give us push we need to get the job done.

It is a good idea to write your goals. This makes it easier to see them on a daily basis and be reminded of what to achieve.

Another good strategy is to write a contract between you and you and the state of the targets in it. Then date and sign the contract. You can also put an end to the objectives to be met. It’s just another way of pushing us to do everything we want. Target Justification

When I first decided to become an internet entrepreneur and start my own home businesses, I thought I was in for a walk in the park. I really thought that it was going to be simple. . . and much, much quicker. Now donâ??t get me wrong, I do not EVER regret making the decision to work for myself. I literally earn as much money in a day that I used to in a month, and I work just a couple hours a day, even though I do not really need to, but I enjoy it. But now I realize why it is that only 5% out of the 6 million people who swarm to the internet each day to make money ACTUALLY MAKE ANY! It is not necessarily a simple thing to do. I mean, it definitely gets easier once you learn the ropes, get your hands on some good opportunities, and find the right resources and tools. But just getting started can be frustrating and disappointing. I know that I personally spent a lot of unnecessary time and money because I was rushing in, not doing my homework, and choosing unreliable opportunities. And even after finding all of the ingredients that I needed to succeed as an internet entrepreneur, it still required thousands of hours worth of time and effort. But as I said, it was all worth it. Take a look at just about any story of a successful entrepreneur, self made millionaire, or highly successful person in any field, and often you will learn that they succeeded because they had persistence. Being able to persist can allow you to overcome any challenge or obstacles, and therefore makes you unstoppable toward your goals. But what is it that makes some people more persistent than others? It is all about attitude. People who start their home businesses with a positive attitude and a healthy expectation to succeed are much more likely to be persistent than people who start off negatively. These people are always looking for the possible reasons why they might fail, and therefore they give up as soon as something does not go perfectly. A positive attitude is needed for the end game, for taking people that extra step, the step unsuccessful people were not willing to make. It is optimistic people, people who are sure of their own success who are never willing to give up, and therefore they reach there goals every time, even if they take more work than they originally thought. But a positive attitude is not only needed for the end game, but also for putting forth effort in the beginning, when no guarantee of success is in sight. Motivation is the driving force of entrepreneurs and home business owners, and the more of it they have, the faster they propel themselves toward their goals. Motivation is also the offspring of a positive mental attitude. When you know exactly what what you want and you have a clear objective to strive for, and you really believe that you are going to reach that goal, you will have more than enough motivation, enthusiasm, and passion to do anything necessary to get started and reach the finish line. So how can you begin thinking more positively, therefore giving you more power to reach your goals? Well just as with anything else worthwhile in life, practice makes perfect. Begin watching your thoughts, and when you notice that you are thinking negatively, consciously make the switch to a more positive thought. And how can you tell whether a thought is a positive thought or a negative one? By the way that you feel! When you feel bad, like when you are worried, stressed, or fearful, you are thinking about something you do not want. This is what you want to change. You only want to pay attention to the thoughts that make you feel good, confident, and always expecting the best.

Being realistic means that you deny the existence of the problem. The problem is that many people go into denial when a problem occurs. This causes more damage to the mind and emotions than expected.

When you are realistic, do not blame people for your own frustration, insecurity, failures, injuries, disappointments and problems. But you face your fears and problems and let people close to help you deal with them. Not be turned off and shoot out with insults and sharp you utter them. Be realistic and say: “I have a problem, I’m frustrated, I feel insecure and I feel so weak, how can you help me?”

Be realistic prepares you to be strong in difficult times and allows you to have a good expectation beyond the current challenge or problem. This has the power to motivate you to stay positive in front of dark clouds of life.

2nd Believe in yourself

Believe in yourself means that you must love and accept yourself. Love and accept yourself is the key to a motivated lifestyle. When you love and accept yourself, love life and hope for good things in life itself.

Believe in yourself means that you must believe that you have within you the ability to succeed in life regardless of your current situation. Great leader, and former president of America, Abraham Lincoln failed many times in life. He failed in business, lost his wife, not several times to become president in America. But he thought it had the potential to become president, regardless of setbacks and failures experienced. In the end, he became one of the presidents of success in America.

Self-confidence and self-esteem gives confidence to produce motivation and inspiration to succeed. When you believe in yourself, you can boldly say: “When darkness is light, after the tears, the joy is, after the failure, there is success.”

3rd Associate yourself with positive people

You can not live a life full of motivation, if you maintain a society of negative people. If you want to live a life motivated, not socialize with people whose minds are tattooed with negative thoughts.

When you are down, you do not need people who will hold you, but you need people to push you to climb. Motivated life is possible when you hang out with positive people who will speak words of motivation and inspiration for when you feel like throwing in a towel.

4th Develop a positive outlook on life

I learned that you can see what they are prepared to see. If you see life as unfair and irritating, life will be just like the way you see. But if you see life as beautiful and good, despite its problems, you can experience the beauty and goodness in life to end. The reasoning may be a way of life for you, if you have a positive outlook on life.

They have great expectations from life, be optimistic and be motivated to focus on what is good for you.

5th See yourself as a winner

Can not live a lifestyle reasons, if you see yourself as a failure. When you see yourself as a failure, leaving you with a life of hopelessness, despair, hopelessness and despair. But when you see yourself as a winner, we think, speak, feel and act like a winner even when it seems so hopeless.

People who see themselves as winners are strongly motivated to win and succeed. You can live a lifestyle motivated until you see yourself as a winner.

6th Deal with any bad experiences as a learning

People who learn from the experience of the terrible position in life to be motivated and inspired. Author and motivational speaker Zig Ziglar said: “If you learn from defeat, you have not really lost.”

Learn something positive to negative experiences of life and make reasoned lifestyle possible in your life.

7th Focus on The Big Picture

What is your main goal in life? What is the biggest success that you want to achieve in your life, your business or organization?

It is impossible to live a life motivated, if you are not the primary objective. Goals motivate and inspire. If you have a clear goal, focus on it, even if it seems impossible to achieve. Your attention to the big picture will motivate you to achieve your goals.

8th Learning to let go

The most negative in life is to keep anything negative. Can not live a life motivated when you hold bitterness in your heart. People are going to hurt you intentionally or unintentionally. Tempted to hold a grudge against them. Learn to forgive those who knowingly and unknowingly hurt. This will allow you to have a clear conscience every time you see them. Bad bad people that surround them.

Learn to forgive yourself when you accidentally do something bad or improper. There are people who suffer from low self-esteem and are depressed because they do not forgive yourself for the wrongs they have done. They think they are too stupid and I think it amounts to nothing. Consequently, they do not live a life motivated.

If you plan to live a lifestyle reasons, you will forgive those who hurt you and you will forgive yourself.

9th Learn new things

There are new skills that you need to learn. When you open up to acquire new skills, open to life motivation. It’s so motivating to acquire new skills. I love to learn new skills. One of the new skills I’ve learned is web design. I enjoy every moment of it.

Sometimes you have to spend money to get a short course that will teach you new skills and add value to you. You must also participate in seminars, workshops and conferences aimed at strengthening. Buy books and tapes that are enriched with new information. It will motivate a lot to learn new skills.

10th Fun love

Have you ever been around someone with a sense of humor? I have and it is so interesting. Did you know that it is motivating to smile or laugh? Rice is a good health booster. Makes the body feel so good. The motivation is to feel so good.

I learned that humor is something powerful to motivate and inspire humanity. If you want to live a life motivated, fun love. When you love the fun, have fun and be justified in this. Look in the mirror, do not feel sorry for you, just smile and be justified.

The other way to enjoy the good I want to think about is helping the needy. A person needs to be someone who needs directions to a place we know, but it may be the person who is hungry or in need of clothes. It could be your colleague who needs your emotional support. It’s so motivating to help people who really need help.

Conclusion

You can live a lifestyle reasons. All you need to do is decide to live a life full of motivation. Do not just for a life of desperate and depressed, make do with a motivated life.

Finding ways to motivate employees to do their best and beyond is rewarding for both the employee and the business. A successful manager turns reasonable requests asked of their employees into incentives for a job well done.
Motivated employees are your greatest line in defense in attaining quality job performance and meeting future goals.
Motivation is a key ingredient to any success. A skillful manager provides a winning strategy by setting up targets for the employees to achieve company aims. Most people respond well to positive feedback.
Today’s workforce understands budgets and do not always expect to see rewards in their weekly paycheck. A personal comment of- ‘Good job, Mary’ or ‘Thank You, Bob’- can at times gain more profitable results than a fat bonus (don’t tell my boss- I said so).
A strong leader knows how to inspire employees because one person can not manage the workload alone. Every person wants to feel their hard work is appreciated.
Competition is a tool you may find useful in motivating your staff. Your driven helpers competing with their fellow co-workers can only mean more productivity for you.
Bosses are surprised to learn that money is not always enough as a motivator. Recognition and fairness are among the awards that employees treasure and can not be deposited into a bank account.
Creative contests are a good idea for seeking to pump up the game in your crew. Keeping up the group’s morale is beneficial for the future good health of your employees and the company.
Allowing your trusted employees freedom to enjoy themselves while working is a great self- motivator which takes some much needed pressure off management.
Use the competitive edge in people to insure assignments will be carried out in a professional manner. You do not want the integrity of your business to suffer just because someone covets a desk clock prize.
A self-starter in the workplace can rally the others who may have fallen behind in their work. Let your valuable employees see that you appreciate their extra effort.
Give them an unexpected twenty minutes on their lunch break. Tell the employee who always volunteers to work late that they have earned a half-day holiday. Do not consider above the call of duty dedication as part of the job description.
Loyalty is a great motivational speaker that will not go unheard.
Surprisingly, factors such as pay, benefits and working conditions were given a low rating by both groups. So after all, and contrary to common belief, money is not the prime motivator. Though this should not be regarded as a signal to reward employees poorly or unfairly.
You should not have to coax your employees to manage dead lines. Pride in themselves is more than a sufficient accomplishment for plenty of folks.

7 Tips to Get You Motivated

You can have the greatest dream in the world, the goal more satisfying, and the best money can buy education, but if you can not get you motivated to put everything into practice, you’ll never reach your goals. Motivation – that is, the ability to make you move – it is imperative for any successful business. If sometimes lag when it comes to this precious commodity, so read on.

1. This advice may seem strange, but energetic, motivated people to take care of their health. If you feel draggy or unwarranted, you can do with a bit of depression and other stress-related illnesses. Try to sleep enough, take vitamins, and get fresh air and regular exercise. You’ll feel more like a dream deal with such tasks, if you feel good.

2nd Plan your work and plan. Take the time to make a list of things you want to achieve. Hopefully, you wrote your goals and gives you a plan of action, but only a list of those making a difference. Prioritize the list items so that you can complete the most important thing. Sometimes only the control of the items that may seem like a great reward, and motivate you to start the next.

3rd If you really feel lazy, here is an idea. Get a timer and tell yourself that you only need to work in fifteen minutes. You can close it when the timer rings. Chances are, you get interested in the work, and want to keep on with it, when the timer goes off. It is also possible that you’ve completed this task. Often takes the information is not as long as we think they want. At least you have worked for fifteen minutes. Give yourself a little break and then set the timer again.

4th Knowing when most of the time of day is energy. Are you a morning person? Could it be better managing job that requires energy of the brain during the morning hours. Save hours groggier afternoon for mindless tasks. If you are a night owl, night, that energy can be channeled into productive work.

5th Stop trying to be perfect. In fact, throw p-word from your vocabulary. Shoot for that is pretty good. Sense of how things have to do is call for delay. You know not to start, because you are afraid to do the job perfectly. Be ‘doing? Accept the fact that nobody is perfect, and begin.

6th Break the task into small steps. For example, a writer breaking down objects into one sentence at a time. Just write the next sentence. Young mothers with a mountain of things to do was driven strongly by this motto: “Just do the next thing.”

7th Do not underestimate the value of starting a pep talk. Five minutes to blow up your decision. Be your own cheerleader as you work your way through a series of positive affirmations.

These seven tips can help you get and move forward in these days when in reality I just want to stay in bed and vegetate. So Get Up, Get motivated and go!

Goal setting for Children is never easy. How do we help our kids set appropriate goals? Motivate them to achieve these goals and act as their mentor to guide them when the going gets tough.
Following the four easy steps below will make goal setting for your children a whole lot easier
1)Define the goal. Without a clear vision of what it is that you want to achieve its easy and likely that you will get side tracked. Write down what it is that you want to achieve. If your kids are too small write it down for them, if they are bigger it’s a great practice to get into. Writing it down helps to clarify want it is you want to achieve and keeps you on track.
Having a written copy of our goals helps us to remain focused on the job. This is a skill that our children need to learn and master if they are to accomplish their goals. The clearer we are on our goals the easier they become to achieve. The clarity of our goals makes it easier to spot what we need to help us to achieve our goals. It also helps our children to filter out all the background noise that is constantly around us these days.
2)Know your Why behind the goal. Knowing why you want to achieve your goal is often overlooked in goat setting. Yet it is critical in stopping you and your kids from giving up. This is how you develop passion in your kids to achieve something.
It is also an important and very useful tool to refer back to when you need to motivate your children to overcome obstacles or when they lose interest to keep going and finish the project.
3)Be your kids mentor and not the doer of the goal. In others do not take over or do the task for your kids. It’s your job to guide your kids, motivate them and build up their confidence. It’s not your job to do it for your kids. This only deflates their confidence and motivation. Taking over, will also deny your kids of the satisfaction of achieving something that is important to them.
As a mentor we need to be able to help our children set realistic goals that they are capable of achieving, know what their limitations are and how to best help them achieve it.
4)Kids need realistic and positive feedback on their performance. We all need to know we have done a good job and our kids are no different. In fact our kids need to be continually reassured that they have done well. Descriptive yet positive feedback works best. Our kids need us to give them realistic feedback so they can learn to honestly assess their abilities. This in turn is a key step in helping them to develop into independent and confident adults.
5)Make it fun. I can’t stress this point enough. Our kids are easily bored and tune off if they find something boring. Let them learn from their mistakes without criticism and always focus on the positive. Remember the journey is just as important as the end result.
