Pet grooming is a wonderful small business, full of opportunity for growth. However, before you invest in a store front, equipment and advertising, make sure that working with animals is something that you enjoy.
You also have to be comfortable with unpleasant smells and all kinds of dirt, grime and animal excretions.
However, if working with pets to improve their health and appearance is something that appeals to you, than this could easily be the small business for you.

I love animals. A business grooming pets might be fun. I think it could be a little difficult. Since you say any animal with fur could be a customer.
