Let’s see. Since 1973, the abortion rate increases crime goes down. Abortion, thus causing a reduction in crime? As the authors maintain. “Since 1973, Americans consumed more than cola. Consumption of colas cause a decrease in crime, as they are now discussing? Think about it. People do not like your stomach is full of champagne, are more willing bouncy bop boys on the brain. Both the abortion and the rate cola inversely correlated with the degree of crime. Which, if any, has a strong, I mean a knock your socks off bombs strong negative correlation with the reduction of crime? You see, many things related to reducing crime , but not everyone is strong enough to be very important. If you have never been scientifically fortunate to show a cause of reduced crime, that person may have a bestseller and get rich and appear on talk shows. Cause and effect. How, then go to studying here? We have two strong proposal because of the reduction of crime: the rise of abortion and the increased consumption of liquid candy. In order to test two hypotheses, which is abortion or the consumption of cola causes a reduction in crime, we would have done a experiment in itself, not to play with correlation statistics silly. Let’s see. We were randomly assigned 100 women in an experimental condition, where they have an abortion. We give random additional 100 women to a control condition, where he will bear their children. Now we can compare the 100 children in the experimental group, with 100 children in the control group to see the group committing more crimes. Oops, I forgot. The 100 children in the experimental group died. How can Bop boys on the brain now? This means that we do not can discuss cause and effect here? Whooooo. How can the authors talk about cause and effect for abortion and crime? They bopped their brains? No real science here. Rating: 1 / 5

Let’s see what other esoteric aspects of life can be considered as a kind of “power?” This author is completely absurd, as are his ideas. E says a lot of fools who claimed that Malcolm Gladwell. Vols. Roe v. Wade has no effect? I can not wait to see what kind of impact the new Gun-Totin ‘laws here in Florida, will have on crime. Maybe this author could develop a “review” edition of this book, with Indicies again, of course, all will be absorbed by the grass roots. “Wow,” Oh, God, oh my, oh my gosh, I did not. “Let’s plug two things are completely independent, to try to fill some sort of relationship, no matter how tense, then call them connected . By the way, if it is the first “hidden” things, such as by-line suggests, how does this fool even find them? In any case, this game is an old and has played many times before. Some may remember the name of “Six Degrees of …”, such as” Kevin Bacon. “There is an idea, maybe Kevin Bacon has a hand in this * * pure.Passare this popular book. Develop a certain taste and close the portfolio of the Janus guys snake oil like this. Rating: 1 / 5

Although many of the topics discussed here are very charming and open, making it ill-conceived argument that abortion reduces crime, I am skeptical about the book as a whole. Levitt base their arguments on certain assumptions previously disassembled and ignores many other factors. And “the economic equivalent of saying sales rose ice cream lead to increased crime. Fun to think about some of these things well, but c’mon, let’s not simplify things to the point where you mislead readers ignorant. Rating: 2 / 5

Everyone’s favorite game rooms, for which effects have been legalized abortion on demography, etc, play a certain point in this book. Another popular theory is James Taranto, “Roe effect”. The problem with this is that Steve Sailer has made a total cuts it. I agree with a previous post, if you find the first file Slate, does not seem cleansing took place, but left Slate definitive answer and devastating Sailer, see Sailer’s blog. I can not believe that the author has included this in his book, but was told that it is proud. Rating: 1 / 5
