Yes, this book got all 4-color and Photo-filled pages!

Seems like the author, the editors, and the publisher worked together very effectively!

There are many examples in the book to show readers how to select different products. I am really impressed!

This book will successfully attract many people’s attention! It’s an outstanding book!

I give this diet only one star because so far I haven’t heard of many people who have had the CONSISTANT results claimed by this diet. If you have lost between 4 and 9 lbs a week for at least 3 weeks in a row, please comment and let us know.

This book is worthless garbage. When I first looked at ordering, the ratings were very high. . . was this book pumped up by someone or some group? A waste of my money!

Starting a new review since I got tired of the nasty personal remarks from another reviewer in a prior one (which have been reported to Amazon). I found this plan impractical. FOR ME, the many items included in his recipes (with recipes taking up probably 75% of the book) are not readily available. I do not have access to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, or a large health food store where other reviewers have been able to locate many of the products. To either make the long drive, or mail order certain items, would have increased my current grocery budget more than four times over. Not a workable plan for me. Also, although it is promoted as vegetarian/vegan friendly – in actuality it is not. I also was quite taken back that this plan requires/suggests NO exercise component.

The many product endorsements, the lack of encouraging a healthy lifestyle, the lack of professional credentials by the author, and the outrageous claims of how much weight one could expect to lose add up to gimmick to me.

Save your $20 and buy a pair of running shoes. Cut back on (or eliminate) sugar and other white foods (processed wheat, dairy, etc) and your diet will be healthier than the one presented in this book.

Sorry for deleting my prior post outlining the many foods advertised in this book, as I know some people were using it to check local availability. If anyone wants me to recreate that list I will.

Thanks, good luck to all, and a happy & healthy 2010!
