Strengths Finder, 2nd 0 is the follow-up Gallup’s Now, Discover Your strengths. The book contains an updated version of the Strength Finder test that shows not only that the first five are strong, but also how the rest of the 34 strong model of Clifton’s. The new book is light (very light), but the test is a significant improvement.
So this book is:
Strength Finder: The Next Generation
(A brief introduction explaining the need for advanced test version based on innovation and research in psychology forces)
I: Finding your strengths
(A 30-page overview of the strengths of psychology and how the system works Gallup) < br />
II: Applying your strengths
(150 pages describing each of the 34 subjects, including what one has to look, like strength, how to handle them and ideas for action, if you have this power).
Strengthsfinder
(If you have not done before, the code for doing the test in a package inside the book. You really have to buy the book to take the exam)
Emotional Intelligence 2nd 0 is another book I really enjoyed the SF 2nd 0 size. Of course, that test measures emotional intelligence (EQ), but the Emotional Intelligence 2nd 0 has a unique design where the test tells you which of the 66 strategies in this book will increase your EQ more.

The book is a quick read and very useful to have a think of their strengths and any additional forces to look elsewhere, to compensate for their weak areas, if you work in a team environment. But when well implemented online tests and received the resulting reports, I was shocked to hear that I should just get Top 5 questions, and the remaining 29 is still a mystery. In contact with the company, I have learned that for an extra cost of $ 550. 00 I would get 29 more issues, as well as their ranking. It is obvious to me that this book is used as a marketing hook for trying to spend more money in the company and can also be used as a bridgehead ‘sales of the product to penetrate potential corporate accounts. I was not surprised or enlightened at all the results, which I has experienced a number of these types of profiles and behavioral properties of tests over the years. However, they were “somewhat” useful to reiterate some of my earlier results because they are still relevant today. I would recommend the book and test the line, if you have never experienced anything like this before. They are fast and very easy to use. Just be aware that the first 5 questions are just a sample of the total amount and the other 29 are just as important to your understanding of yourself. But if you’re willing to fork out $ 550 more. 00, you can end up disappointed and even a little “in-the-dark” about your overall strength. Good luck.

. . . There should be a way to buy online without having to purchase additional assessments copy of the book. My wife and I do not need two copies. Even better. . . any information from the book could be better organized on-line payment. At a time when many people are trying to become more “green”, I am surprised that the format exclusively on the web is no longer considered by the Gallup or author. . .
It is also important to note that the book is worthless on the secondary market and there is no benefit for controlling this type of book from the library.

I bought this book used, and is a waste of money. The book hinges on the use of online assessment test and then read the book to analyze the results. Buy the book second-hand means they have access to your account online. The fact is contained in the book, among other things, says he does not buy the book used.
descriptions Paper does not clarify this. The seller posted Anote say that the access code was used, but it is not clear that the book is useless without it. I contacted the publisher to buy the asset share code online, their response was “buy a new book.” What a waste!

Unless this is a business requirement, you should not buy. The book is valuable to have the code needed to take the online survey. The information online is much more complete with everything in the book. A better solution would be to Gallup to provide on-line (which already can, but do not appear on the site)
