When I was at LSU, an incredible business sprouted up where you could purchase class notes. They hired people in different classes to take notes, then they turned them in to the student-run company, who sold them to other students.
Another great one while I was there was food delivery… there was one group who would pick up whatever you wanted from wherever you wanted. There was another group who did homemade weekend breakfasts – that was a hit, they were always in the dorms and apartment complexes Sat and Sun mornings.
The one my college boyfriend’s dad wanted us to do was mobile hot tubs… where we’d have several hot tubs and we’d deliver them and set them up for parties and such. I think that would’ve taken off incredibly well at LSU, with all the frat and sorority parties!
